Shipping and Delivery

One of our goals is to provide you with a fast and reliable shipping methods so you can receive products when you expect them. In this page you will find the information necessary regarding shipping.

At checkout you will be able to choose your preferred shipping option, provide you with estimated delivery date, and shipping cost. We offer the following shipping options:

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Though most orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours, there can be an expected processing time of 24-72 hours. Orders are processed during weekday. Orders will not be processed on Saturday, Sunday, or US federal holidays.

Delivery times

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped along with tracking information. Visit USPS Tracking Tool. Simply input your tracking number for tracking information.

Shipping Times

USPS First Class: Usually delivered within 1-5 Business Days.

USPS Priority Mail: Usually delivered within 1–3 Business Days.

Free Shipping: Orders who qualify for free shipping will be shipped either First Class or Priority delivery method depending on weight. You can expect your order to arrive in 2-8 business days.

Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

Where do we ship?

Cannably offers shipping to 45 US states (unfortunately we are not able to ship to Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, and South Dakota). Shipping is available to APO/FPO addresses. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect address submission

Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery, or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to Cannably due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package will not be reshipped until a 15% restocking and shipping fee is payed by the customer.

Missing items

Items that arrive damaged, missing or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a pictures of the packing slip as well as items received. Once your claim has been submitted for review and approval, we will further assist you in correcting the issue.

Returning items

Returns will only be accepted on unopened, unused cbd products. Once it is received and verified unopened and untampered with, a refund may be issued for that item after a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Privacy and discretion

Orders from Cannably are to be shipped in plain package envelopes or boxes.
